Our Story
Founded in 2016 in the Point Breeze neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Conturo began as a 1,000-square-foot shop. It has quickly grown to a 25,000-square-foot facility complete with a fleet of multiple multi-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes, a gantry machine and EDM machine. We are proud of our agile manufacturing workflow and world class engineering customer support.
Over the past decade the city of Pittsburgh has grown into a hub for engineering and technological advancements and has become a highly demanding market for prototypes and machined parts.
Conturo formed the company with the vision to satisfy this technological demand and to machine and provide prototypes and their components to companies from various industries in the wider Pittsburgh area and beyond.
